- 2 parts gin
- 0.5 honey liquor
- 2 oz blackberries
- 0.25 tsp vainilla essence
- 0.5 part of GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 egg white
- 10 fresh blackberries and strawberries for garnish
PREPARATION

In a cocktail shaker, mix Gin, Honey Liqueur, and blackberries. Mash ingredients.

Separately, blend ice, vanilla, olive oil, and egg white.

Combine the two previous preparations in a shaker and serve in a chilled glass. Add flowers for garnish. Enjoy!
