  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp dried yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 0.3 cups GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • For the toppings:
  • Smoked salmon
  • Mozarella
  • 2 tbsp GOYA® Organics Nonpareilles Capers
  • cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp GOYA® Organics Cocktail Olives, sliced
  • Serran ham

PREPARATION

Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix well.

Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until the batter is smooth.

Pour the batter into the hot waffle maker and cook the waffles according to the machine's instructions.

While the waffles are cooking, prepare the toppings. Cut the smoked salmon into pieces, cut the mozzarella, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and prepare the olives and capers.

Once the waffles are ready, place them on a plate and add the toppings: smoked salmon, mozzarella, capers, cherry tomatoes, sliced pitted green olives, and Serrano ham.
