Recipe for whole wheat noodles with vegetables!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups whole wheat noodles
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 leek
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 0.5 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 24 peeled cooked prawns
  • 2 tablespoons Robusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon mix of salt, pepper and nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari sauce

PREPARATION

Wash and chop all the vegetables.

Fry the noodles in oil until they are golden. Remove and drain.

Once fried, boil them in water for 4 minutes with a pinch of salt. After this time, drain them and set aside.

Stir fry the vegetables; once they are ready, add the prawns and noodles, and stir fry everything with the Tamari sauce.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve.
