INGREDIENTS

  • 0.75 cup oat flour
  • 0.75 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup Light Flavor Olive Oil
  • 1 organic egg
  • 0.5 cup whole cane sugar
  • 2 tablespoon date syrup (or any other sweetener)

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 392ºC. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients.

Beat the egg with the whole can sugar; add the oil and the syrup and continue mixing.

Next, pour in the dry ingredient mixture and combine into dough. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

After this time, shape the cookies using two tablespoons, and flatten slightly, cooking them on an oven tray. Decorate with a pinch of salt and some sesame seeds and/or dark chocolate chips.

Bake the cookies for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and leave to cool.
