Mushroom cream recipe!

INGREDIENTS

SERVINGS: 4
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 0.5 small onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Unico Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1.5 cups vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup soy drink
  • 2 cups cubes of toasted bread and chopped chives

PREPARATION

Wash and slice the mushrooms. Chop the onion and the garlic.

Fry the onion in the olive oil. When the onion is transparent, add the garlic, frying for five minutes, then adding the sliced mushrooms.

Lower the heat and add the vegetable stock. Cover the whole surface and leave to boil on a low heat for 15 minutes.

Add the flour and soy milk. Stir and leave to cook for 10 minutes.

Season and blend to obtain the creamy texture.

It can be served with cubes of toasted bread and chopped chives.
