Mediterranean Quinoa Salad Recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp of quinoa
  • 4 tbsp of millet
  • 4 tbsp of brown rice
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup
  • 12 shrimps
  • 4 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 0.5 cup Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 oz. GOYA® Reduced Sodium Manzanilla Spanish Olives

PREPARATION

The first step to cook our quiona salad will be to rinse the quinoa, millet and brown rice to boil them. Let cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes minutes.

Once boiled, we will drain and let cool for half an hour.

We´ll cut the avocados, carrots and tomatoes.

The next step, we will add all the ingredients inside a bowl. First, we will add quinoa, millet and rice on the base. Then we will add the avocados, carrots and reduced sodium green olives. Finally we add shrimp.

We´ll mix all the ingredients and season with soy sauce and extra virgin olive oil.
