Lemon kale salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bunches kale
  • 3 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup onion
  • 3 lemons
  • 0.5 cup Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.5 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup apple
  • 0.5 tsp seeds
  • 0.5 garlic clove

PREPARATION

Add kale. In a large bowl combine kale,croutons, nuts, tomatoes, onions, apple and the grated cheese.

Squeeze lemons over salad ingredients.

Drizzle with Extra Virgin GOYA olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, then toss salad to combine. Sprinkle with the shaved cheese.
