Homemade cheese and bacon burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2.5 cups beef mince
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 8 rashers of bacon
  • 0.5 Sliced onion and tomato
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Puro Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

First, mince the meat.

Toast the bread in a pan greased with olive oil.

Chop the lettuce and the slices of tomato and onion.

Form the hamburgers using cutters of the same size as the hamburger buns.

In the pan, first fry the onion, then the bacon, removing the bacon fat, finally cooking the hamburgers. After turning them over, put the cheese and bacon on top.

Finally, assemble the hamburgers. On the bottom of the un, place the lettuce, tomato and onion, with the meat, cheese and bacon on top, and finally, cover with the top of the bun.
