INGREDIENTS

  • 6 slices of Serrano ham.
  • 12 dried figs.
  • 1 cup GOYA® stuffed olives with manchego cheese paste (24 olives)
  • Ground pepper (optional)
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)

PREPARATION

Remove the heads from the figs and cut them in half.

Drain the olives.

Assemble the bites by placing a portion of fig and one olive. Next, wrap with half a slice of Serrano ham.

If you want to enhance the mix of flavors you can add a pinch of black pepper (if you like it salty), or sprinkle lightly with honey if you prefer a sweet touch.
