Grilled Cajun Chicken Panini Recipe!

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 slices of bread mold
  • 4 organic chicken fillets
  • 0.5 cup Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup of lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 8 slices of sandwich cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon of cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon of cayenne (or more/less to taste)
  • 0.5 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon of dried sage
  • 0.5 teaspoon of sea salt and pepper

PREPARATION

We will mix the cajun spices with the extra virgin olive oil and we´ll season the organic chicken fillets. We´ll let stand in an hour so that they take the flavor.

We will heat a non-stick pan and we´ll cook the grilled steaks with a pinch of sea salt.

We will mount the panini, smearing the bread with mayonnaise. Then we´ll put the lettuce leaves,  the ​​cheese, the chicken fillet and sliced ​​tomato.

To finish, heat the paninis on a grill.

You can add to your panini any ingredient that you prefer: cucumber, onion, egg, bacon, smoked salmon or avocado!
