INGREDIENTS

  • 4 sheets of phyllo dough
  • 1 large chicken breast
  • 3 onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 4.6 oz. GOYAยฎ Organics Cocktail Olives
  • One pinch saffron
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
  • One pinch of ginger powder
  • 1.4 oz. butter
  • 4 tbsp GOYAยฎ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

PREPARATION

The first thing to do is peel the onions and mince them.

Now add 4 tablespoons of GOYAยฎ Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a pan and add the onions, sauteing them. When they are transparent, add the entire chicken breast. Season to taste, cover the skillet and let it cook over low heat.

When the chicken breast is tender, remove it from the skillet and shred it using tongs.

Now, add the GOYAยฎ Organics Cocktail Olives to the chicken, along with the spices and two beaten eggs.

Melt the butter and then brush the butter over the phyllo dough, forming them into the desired shape. We want them to be round.

Add 2 sheets to the bottom of a round cake pan. Add the filling and cover with the other 2 sheets, pinching the edges together.

Finally, put the pan into the oven and cook at 380ยฐF until golden. After it is ready, remove it from the oven, let it cool slightly and cut into slices.
