  • 1 medium baguette
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 tablespoon Goya Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup goat cheese
  • 2 oz. GOYA® Cocktail Olives Pitted Manzanilla Spanish Olives
  • 3 slices of smoked salmon cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds

PREPARATION

Cut the baguette into slices half an inch thick.

Rub the bread with garlic and brush the slices with olive oil.

Bake at 338ºF until the bread is golden.

Spread the goat cheese on the slices of baguette, and place the strips of salmon on top.

Decorate with olives and pomegranate seeds.

You can serve with nuts.
