Bream with apple sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs fresh sea bream
  • 3 Golden Delicious apples
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 leaks
  • 7 oz white wine
  • 1.5 oz half and half
  • 0.99 lemon
  • 4 tbsp GOYA® Unico Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 356°F

The first thing to do is peel and slice the apples into thin wedges and set aside.

Clean and chop the leeks and zucchini into slices and set aside also.

Line a baking tray with a little GOYA® Unico and place first a layer of zucchini with the leak. Then place the fish on top and cover with the Golden Delicious apple in wedges.

Add a splash of white wine and back for 15 to 20 minutes at 338ºF.

Remove the baking tray and separate the juices from the vegetables and the fish and liquidize in a blender with the cream. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the sauce.

Finally, serve the sea bream with a splash of GOYA® Unico so that it’s super juicy and cover with the sauce. Garnish the dish with a little chopped parsley.
