GOYA® Unico and GOYA® “Organics” premium olive oils were present at the 10th Madrid Fusión 2022 gastronomy fair under the slogan “Beyond the product”, bringing together the world’s leading chefs from March 28 to 30.
For the fifth consecutive year, Goya was represented by Fernando Desa, Chef ejecutivo de Goya Europa, who offered the show cooking titled “Dale al coco… ¡pero con sabor!”, preparing recipes with a Latin American flavor.
Coconut was a central ingredient in all the recipes, along with other products from the Goya portfolio like our premium extra virgin olive oils.
Fernando’s menu was centered on three dishes with a marked Caribbean flavor: Coconut Octopus; Creamy Coconut Rice with Cuttlefish and Scallops and a dessert of Coconut Pudding with Tropical Sauce.
