Adriana Calhoon, from the award-winning show Adriana in Complicity, is a television personality in the United States. For over 12 years, Adriana has been collaborating with Goya Foods to promote the flavor and quality of Goya products in our daily lives.
At Goya Spain, we are very happy because this week we received her visit to our “2 in 1 factory” for packaging olive oils and olives. Accompanied by the General Manager of Goya España, Antonio Carrasco, the Export Manager, Philippe Parouty and the Quality Assurance Manager, Antonio Martín, Adriana has known in first person the different processes that our table olives follow from the moment they are received in our factory until they are packaged for export to more than 20 international markets.
“I was amazed by the meticulous process they carry out to give us that authentic Sevillian flavor, no matter where in the world we consume them,” commented Adriana, who has also pitted manzanilla olives and stuffed them with peppers by hand with one of the machines that still remain in the factory today.
And along with the olives, Adriana attended an olive oil tasting in the Goya olive oil cellar surrounded by the tanks that store each of the Goya olive oils.
