Goya SPAIN complies with the obligations imposed by Organic Act 15 enacted on 13 December 1999 on the Personal Data protection, the Implementing Regulation thereof approved by Royal Decree 1720 enacted on 21 December 2007, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 enacted on 27 April 27 2016, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to personal data processing and the free movement of this data (General Data Protection Regulation) and other regulations in force at any time that are applicable, guaranteeing the observance of all the obligations and rights of those affected regarding the processing of personal data. Also, in compliance with the provisions of Act 34 enacted on 11 July 2002 regarding Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Goya SPAIN will request the user’s prior consent for the sending of commercial communications, in the event that they have taken place, also observing all the obligations and rights of the users.

The information you provide will only be processed in order to provide the requested service and/or perform billing. The data provided will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, or for as long as is necessary to comply with the legal obligations. Data shall not be disclosed to any third parties unless it is legally required. Hence, at all times users may exercise free of charge their rights to access – requesting and obtaining information free-of-charge about their personal data submitted to processing, their origin and the communications made or that are expected to be made – rectify, erase – any rectification or cancellation of personal data whose processing does not comply with the Law and in particular when they are inaccurate or incomplete – objection to the data being processed, entails the termination of said relations between Goya Spain and the users by dint whereof they communicated said data, as well as to exercise the rights of limitation to the processing and portability of data, the right to not be the subject of automated processing, the right of limitation of the processing and the right to data portability.  The user may exercise these rights by contacting the following addresses: Goya Spain.
