Recipe for sautéed tofu with vegetables

INGREDIENTS

SERVINGS: 4
  • 18 oz. tofu
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper and salt
  • 4 tablespoon Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

PREPARATION

Allow the tofu to drain well and release all the liquid it is holding.

While the tofu trains, wash and chop all the vegetables.

Heat the oil in a pan and when it is hot, lightly sauté the tofu, cut into very small slices, and season it.

Cook the cubes of tofu for a few minutes, stirring them until they are golden on all sides. Remove them from the pan and set aside.

Next, fry the vegetables, and then add the tofu and soy sauce.

Stir well and when everything is hot, add the sesame seeds on top for decoration, giving an extra hint of flavor to the dish.
