INGREDIENTS

  • 4 white bagels
  • 0.2 lb smoked salmon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup gruyere cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons GOYA® Capotes Capers
  • 1 teaspoon chive stalks for garnish

PREPARATION

Cut the bagels in half and toast until golden brown.

In a bowl, let the salmon marinate with the lemon juice.

Spread the cream cheese onto the bagels. Next, arrange the salmon and capers on top.

Garnish with the chives and top with the other half of the bagel to make a sandwich.
