The Goya-Antonio Unanue Chair inaugurates its calendar of technical lectures by proposing a redesign of the agri-food industry

With the beginning of the new year, the Permanent Seminar of the Goya-Antonio Unanue Chair opens its technical lecture program, a space for analysis and discussion of the present challenges of the agri-food industry.

The first of these seminars, to be held on January 15 at the Cartuja Campus, will be given by Leticia Álvarez Alonso, Co-Founder and Chef Sustainability Officer of Youresgadvisor, a company committed to sustainable development and the implementation of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies. On the theme “Redesigning the Food Industry”, Alonso will explore ways to transform the agri-food sector to make it more sustainable, ethical and innovative, without neglecting aspects such as quality and efficiency.

Youresgadvisor is working with companies to implement responsible solutions that benefit organizations and the environment.
