Garlic, cheese & basil tortilla chips

INGREDIENTS

SERVINGS:
  • 15 ml. GOYA® Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 8 gr corn starch
  • 45 ml. veggies or aromatics juice (we are using beets and basil in this recipe)
  • 20 gr Grated cheese
  • salt to taste

PREPARATION

Get the juice from a bunch of basil leaves for a green result or from 1 beetroot for a red result.

Mix all the ingredients with your hand emulsifier or by using a whisk until reaching a uniform consistency.

Heat a small non-sticking pan, and when is hot but not smoking, add a spoon full of our batter.
It will start bubbling in the edges, when you see it is bubbling in the center, then take it out with a rubber spatula.
