Garlic shrimp Goya Garlic

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gr fresh peeled shrimp.

  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • chilli peppers (optional, to taste)
  • 8 tbsp GOYA® Garlic Flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt to taste
  • fresh chopped parsley

PREPARATION

Peel the shrimp if they are not peeled and remove the dorsal vein. Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.

Heat GOYA® Garlic in a skillet over medium heat. When hot, add garlic and chili peppers. Cook until garlic is golden brown, being careful not to burn them as they can become bitter.

Now add the shrimp to the pan and raise the heat to medium-high. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and cooked through. Add salt.

Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the heat and add chopped fresh parsley on top.

Serve immediately, preferably in an earthenware casserole dish to keep warm.
